Refunds & Returns

We offer returns, refunds and exchange in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law along with the terms set out in this refund policy. You can find more information about the Australian Consumer Law and

Consumer Guarantees via the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website.

What if I change my mind?

  • Before orders are prepared for shipping: We will refund or exchange your order if you contact us before your order has been prepared for shipping. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
  • After orders have been prepared for shipping but not shipped: A $5 restocking fee will be applied if you wish to cancel or exchange your order if you contact us before your order has been prepared for shipping. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
  • After orders have been shipped: If you contact us within 14 days of receipt Eco Confetti and we receive the returned goods in their original condition (return post paid by you) within a further 14 days, you will have the choice to:
    • Exchange your goods (excluding postage) with postage paid by you; or
    • Request a store credit.

A $5 restocking fee will be applied if you wish to request a store credit or exchange your order after your order has been shipped. 

No return, refund or exchange is available after 14 days have passed without contact or returned goods (posted at your own cost) are not received within a further 14 days. We reserve the right to ask for government identification with any refunded, exchanged or returned goods.

What if my confetti is faulty?

In the unlikely event that you believe the goods you received are faulty we require you to return the goods at your cost. If the goods are not received, no further action will be taken. Subject to confirmation of the fault we will replace your goods for free and refund the returned postage you paid. If the goods are not deemed to be faulty, within 7 days you may pay the return postage for us to return the goods to you with our preferred carrier.
