Domestic Shipping Information
Shipping costs for orders under $50
- $6.00 for standard parcel post
- $9.50 for express post
Shipping costs for orders over $50
- FREE standard parcel post
- $6.40 for express post

Please allow 1-2 days preparation time before your order is shipped. A general indication of Australia Post shipping times are below. Please note: we can't guarantee that your confetti will reach you within the below windows, this is an estimate only.

Can I pick up my order?
Currently, we do not offer pick up on any orders.
Will my order reach me in time?
Unfortunately we can’t provide a guarantee on delivery dates as shipping companies are experiencing delays. We recommend placing your order 2-3 weeks prior to your event to avoid disappointment.
My confetti didn't arriveIn the unlikely event that your order says "delivered" or "left in a safe place" but you have not received your confetti, we will first request an investigation with Australia Post. Pending the outcome of their investigation the confetti may either be delivered to you, or a refund processed if Australia Post confirm your order has been lost.
